Astral senses awakening or just tinnitus?

I constantly have this like ringing in my ears it's there and then it's gone my friend told me that it's just my astral senses awakening, is that true? Is it normal for them to ring?

Second, I don't know about your senses awakening, but have you checked your hearing?
The ringing in your ears could be tinnitus, and there may be many reasons for it. Sometimes taking vitamins A and E helps and also cutting the saturated fat from your food as well as white sugar.

Tinnitus is a symptom, rather than a condition. It can be associated with a number of things. Just like a fever is a symptom, that can be associated with a number of things.
