Hole in Palo Santo

Hello everyone!

I haven't read enough on here to know if many of you use palo santo, but for those who do, is there anything wrong with a palo santo that came with a hole in it?

I did not find anything online about it, so I am double checking on here.

Hey Kookie good to see you again!
Can you tell if the hole had been drilled or is it perhaps a natural hole where maybe a twig had been? I think if it were the latter I personally would save the piece and carve something out of it and use for a protective talisman, shoot even if it were a man bored hole I would carve something out of it and hang it somewhere.

It actually looks like a perfectly burned circle right through the middle of it.

Those are all good ideas! I will take those into consideration.
