King of Cups

So I recently moved to a new place and I can tell this is an absolutely pivotal shift in my life. I was going to do a spread for relationships/ love and pulled the King of Cups two different times for the person's description. Obviously, that's a clear message but it seems that everyone around me is getting into relationships except me so I'm pretty confused who would be the king of cups.

It could also mean you aren't ready yet and subconsciously control your emotions.
