I just realized I did candle magick for money on a waning moon Should I try to break the spell? Or do a new one now that the moon is waxing? Thank-you to all who offer advice.

The moon phase is an energy resource we can take advantage of but is not the determining factor of success. The Crafter’s focus and will are more important. So your spell just didn’t get extra support.
If you feel the spell needs to be canceled use any birthday candle anointed and charge it for ending. Name the candle the “money spell of (date)” & stand it in its own wax in a cup. Add enough water to cover the bottom. Lite the candle & let it burn itself out. The water extinguishes the candle and cancels the spell.
