I made Tiny Runes!
I made Tiny Runes!
Have been busy making stuff because it is too hot to go outside. Couple days ago I crocheted this tiny bag with really cool rainbow mercerized cotton thread, then I thought what could I put in the bag??... Tiny Runes! Found some of those glass blobs at the 99 cent store or dollar tree, don't remember which and a pen sutible for marking glass at the craft store...anyway I made ones in deep blue and sea blue but those are the size of a quarter or larger, there was no way they would fit in the bag... the black ones I made are the size of an Altoid and are my favorite. They fit perfect in the rainbow crochet bag.

Ah, I love these!
Re: I made Tiny Runes!
Thanks !! You guys are great.
They were fun to make..
..was considering selling them, but the labor in the bag would make them too expensive, I don't crochet fast
it may have taken 5 hours at different intervals.
but I sew pretty well and I just got my sewing machine out of the shop, I runs great now. I could sew bags for them?
Also I have been working on a Oracle cloth, something to cast Runes, Tarot, the pendulum, and my favorite...stones, it's kinda my own method, and I have always meant to make a nice sort of chart/map directional "board" thing on a peice of interesting fabric to be the backdrop for this kind of fortune telling. If it comes out great I may post it.
