Whichever one you feel most connected to. It may or may not be the same element as your star sign.

It depends, I agree with all above posts.
You can use your zodiac sign, which is usually the most tale-tell of signs.
But you can be connected to more than one, depending on your personality.
A grounded person who is close to the earth is usually earth dominant.
An intelligent, intellectual person is usually air-dominant.
An artistic, emotional person is usually water dominant.
A srong-willed, powerful person is usually fire dominant.
A very spiritual person who seems not from this world and seems like their concerns are different from the norm is usually spirit.
And most people are a combination of two or more.

if you want to control elements...you need to ask the gods for the abilitys...they test you what you do with the abilitys.
dont abuse your power...I made a wish to control elements.i got it.I notice the air element ability more since i am an air sighn.

Are you an emotional, artistic person? Do you feel strongly connected to water? If so, you're certainly a water element!

Actually I'm scared of most natural water sources, especially the ocean, and I don't know why. I'm not emotional or very artistic other than writing. Getting burned by fire has never really hurt. Earth makes me feel messy and I don't like to mess around with it too much. I've always wished I had wings to fly, but I'm a bit afraid of heights. That's all I really know.

I know I'm connected to them all simply because I feel no strongly for one over the other. Every single one makes me feel happy and safe. Going by zodiac sign I'm Earth (I'm a Taurus) but I think that reflects personality over actual connection.
