For menstrual cramps licorice worked for me. Fresh eating soft licorice if you can get it,( must be made from real licorice ) 2 or 3 pieces as needed. Started 3 or 4 days before menstruation is due to start Or in tablet form from a good health store, take as directed . Only for mild pain, if you have a medical condition that causes abnormal cramping, or you are on medication for anything please talk to your Dr before trying this . Walking also helps.
Funny story, when my daughter went to school and for show and tell announced to the class. "Last week we had the cat spayed so she can't have babies, then mummy got done too." Nothing like the whole school knowing this.
