At the bottom of the thread you can reverse the post order to make the newest ones at the top.

You'll see under quick reply....

>display posts from previous: "all posts" Sort by "post time" "ascending" <go>

Now click the ascending button, switch to descending. Then push the "go" button. Now the newest post is the top of the thread and the oldest on the bottom.
