There is a chance I may lose my job at work in the next few months as it the future of the company is not certain...anyone have a spell they can recommend to prevent this from happening?? Or a good money making spell failing that!

Commanding Respect On The Job

This can of course be used in other situations, but this was my own spell for getting respect that is deserved. Just alter words to suit.
Take a piece of paper write your legitimate desire for control, domination and respect in your job on a piece of brown paper. Sign the paper with your own full name seven times. Place the paper beneath a purple candle anointed with commanding oil. As the candle burns concentration on what you want to happen in the way of gaining respect from your boss. When suitably ready chant aloud:-
[name of person] I command respect from you
I command respect for all I do
I command that you see that the problems you claim you have, are not down to me
I command that you acknowledge my hard work
And stop accusing me of being the one that shirk's
My good hard work is now all you see
Be reassured you can depend on me
By this spell so let it be
Take a bath which contains commanding oil and put a few drops of commanding oil upon your work’s uniform. When the candle has burnt down wrap the remains in the paper together with small piece of liquorice root, a bloodstone and carry in your pocket at work. In times of need or as you have a confrontation hold the small package in your projective hand, take deep breath and say in your head "you will respect me."

Wow, thanks katie, that's really helpful, I kind of do feel some people could respect me a bit more at work, so I will give it a try
I just (in the last couple of days) got the Element Encyclopedia delivered as I bought it online..it has got quite a few job related spells in it including one for retaining your job...so for future reference for anyone in a similar position I shall post it here
Pecan Job Retention Spell
(You still have your job but you're afraid that there's a genuine possibility that it will be lost)
Get a small bag of edible nuts, still in their shells, prefereably Pecans.
Shell the nuts by hand and eat them slowly, savouring every bite. It's better to eat them in the workplace as it is more powerful...however it's crucial that you are able to eat them peacefully, happily and securely. If you must eat them elsewhere in order to accomplish this, then do so.
Whilst you are eating, maintain a visualization of yourself, secure and happy at work. See yourself holding and cashing your paycheck.
When you're finished eating, reserve some of the shells and hide them at work in a discreet spot where they won't be observed or removed.
