Excess energy

Thought I had posted this before but cant find it now. I seem to have excess energy that needs a purpose but I can't devote to a spell/ritual or a diety. What do you do with that energy? I would ground it, but it comes around back into me so need advice x

Gift it to the homeless. Design a visualization to feed famine victims in the Sudan, or anything like that. Something closer to home...visualize local farm fields glowing with abundance and feed the flow with the energy. Seeds sprout, roots sink and feed. Produce multiplies. Use your excess energy to form a cone of power. Feed your intent into the cone and sustain the cone as long as you can, seeing it grow in vitality,then let it loose and cut your ties to it. Then forget it.

If you want a real challenge, turn off the breached Fukushima, Japan nuclear reactor core. It is still active, after the 2011 tsunami, because no body can get to it and survive. Visualize it covered with blankets and layers of shields that encase and smother it. Japan's got a mess on their hands that will effect the entire planet, and clean-up of 30-40 years has been estimated. That's our life time. Ocean life is already perishing.

Sorry i couldnt find the other post and havent had any updates about it only this one after siona posted. Thank you for the ideas i will definably try those.
