A path to romance

For so long, I have been waiting for love or someone to be close to. I just really want a relationship? I've only been told that I'm 18 and I have all the time in the world, and I know all that. I'm not looking for something long lasting, though. I just want that nice relationship closeness and the feelings. I'm really unsure how to say this without sounding desperate and cheesy lol. I have tried doing this without magic, for a very long time but now... I'm to the point where I want to try that. Now, I don't want the typical lovespell. I only want one to put me on the path to romance. I just feel super lonely and it's really starting to get to me. If anyone could help me out, that would be super amazing. Thank you all
