Candle ritual

It is a kind of such a stupid question so please bear with me. In candle magick, where we bring two candles closer and this usually lasts for days...so in those kind of ritual where do we light those candles on..is it ok to use candle holders for the two candles??

Absolutely, be safe! Use candle holders, unless using tea lights that conveniently come in their own, ready to use holders. It's useful to put the candles on a tray or cookie sheet so you can pick up and move it if needed. It adds a safety feature too. There are no do-overs with fire.

I know a gal who uses a cutting board for candle spells and does not use candle holders. She softens the bottoms of the candles to stick them in place. The board is scorched and waxy as you'd expect over several years. The point being that she used the board for safety. A baking sheet would serve.

Thank you for taking out your time .Yes, I am using a board for candle spells. It is more convenient now to move them..[SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
