Candle holders exploding

Postby Silentfeather » Sat Apr 16, 2016 3:52 pm

Hi, I decided to do a spell for prosperity, I bought three gold candles, and some Bayberry oil, I inscribed my name and the word wealth into each candle, then anointed the candles with the oil, I then placed two of the candles in green colored glass candle holders, and the third candle into a white candle holder, then i lit them and called upon the god and goddess to help me.
They burned with a strong flame until they were two inches left of the candles, then the flame started flickering, the all of a sudden one of the green candle holders just exploded, but the candle kept burning with a strong flame, then a few minutes later the same thing happened with the other green candle holder and it exploded too, again the candle still burned with a strong flame, the one in the white candle holder was the only one that burned strongly throughout without the candle holder exploding.
I did the spell on a Friday, I know money spells are best done on a Sunday, but Friday was the only day I could manage to do it on.
Has anyone any idea why the holders exploded, will I need to do the spell again?

It's possible the oil anointed heated portions of the holders grew warmer becuase of the flame, and they expanded differently then the non-anointed portions. The result would be different tension in the glass which as we know is brittle. That would be enough to make certain kinds of glass explode. Think about how hot glass dipped suddenly into cool water can crack.

I'm not saying this doesn't have a magical correspondence. It may well. That's quite a sudden release of stored and directed energy isn't it? It will be interesting to see what happens. Hope it all works out. :)

This and also maybe they were fire proof glass, because that's the only time that has ever happened to me.
I am the Earth, The Sun and the Stars
And I am the also the Moon
I am all animal and birds,
And I am the outcast as well, and the thief
I am the low person of dreadful deeds,
And the great person of excellent deeds
I am Female. I am Male and I am Neuter.

Candle holders can explode for both mundane and magical reasons. I would give the spell a chance to work before trying it again.

Thank you for all of your replies, :D
I have used the candle holders before with anointed oil with no problems, so it was a complete surprise that they exploded, I think it will be a matter of waiting to see what happens, the only thing that's happened so far is that my needs are seeming to be met, but in small measures.

Omg this has happened to me too. Ive been doing spells for a few years now and its only within last 6 months this has happened. I like to think this means the spirits are present and will carry out you're spell into manifestation. But who knows I am a dreamer ;)
