I keep having travel dreams

I keep having these dreams that I am running through different countries. I often see or hear things that I remember and I look them up and they are real (e.g. seeing asian symbols that I haven't seen and they are really part of the alphabet) which is usually frightening.

I also have dreams of flying over bodies of water over large bridges and buildings. Like the buildings and symbols, etc that I see, this is all in great detail. People I interact with in the dream also claim to be from a different time.
