Ostara Altar: Dragon Nest

Postby LoneWhiteWolf » Tue Mar 24, 2015 6:26 pm

So i thought id be alittle silly and decorate my altar space, which is a wolf fountain that my friend gave to me for helping her out.
Because i have so little room to live in, and it takes up so much room on my side, it just made sense to use it like this.

Anyway every time i go to a beach i usually pick up a stone or shell and bring it home, these sit in my altar as kind of memories. I decided to use them to make em look like a little cliff side nest, hense the mini eggs, chicks and dragon! Its totally a dragon nest ;)
In the gottom you can see a little easter bunny i stached away and a buddah (i need something better to represent my god and godess)

Sorry for the way the photo has flipped! :C

That's such a cute, festive altar! My parents have the same wolf statue at their house; I used to steal it and put it in my room when I was younger hehe.

If you actually click on it, it's not sideways. So it's all good! :)

I suddenly find myself wanting a chocolate bunny...

Speaking of chocolate things and Easter, I really REALLY miss those giant chocolate easter eggs from the UK.

We just don't get them here. :( I used to go to Tescos after Easter was over and buy all the clearance eggs and just binge on chocolate and video games for 2 weeks. ^^ Good times.

I love it! I did a temporary altar for Ostara (I'm still deciding where I should put one) and put a stuffed bunny on it. :)
