once upon a time...
...a loose woman named Mary got pregnant who knows to whom. it was old times and having a child without marriage would make people call her unborn boy a bastard. so she lied, said she's a virgin and a god somehow had impregnated her. one of the men she had given pleasure to, pitied her and said the boy was his....when the boy grew up he believed mom's lie and acted like a son of god spreading that lie...

Re: once upon a time...
Or maybe the boy is entirely fictional, a retelling of the Osiris story.
Free or drug free? America can't be both!
Re: once upon a time...
Woah, Kat that is pretty harsh...imagine being a woman in those days, and being unmarried ...having relations with ANYONE would get you stoned to death. Hell ya you are going to lie. Even if you had been raped, you would be stoned to death. As well as the perpitrator. Oooo, so what does one do? Cry immaculate conception? ABSOLUTELY! After all..."if thou art God" then indeed her son is the son of God.

...or a retelling of the Mithras story, or of countless other dying and rising god stories told the world over, stories which became religions.Or maybe the boy is entirely fictional, a retelling of the Osiris story.
