I have these two that I got out of a book I have laying around here somewhere.
Mar’s Shove
To help finish uncompleted task or tasks you've had a hard time getting started.
Red candle and holder
Hold the candle between your hands and visualize yourself starting, carrying out and completing your task.
Light the candle and chant:
Candle of red burning true,
Mars guiding me all day through,
Action, achievement, and forward motivation too
Fiery motivation please seep through
Guide and motivate me, Intentions true
The time for completion has come due
So mote it be!
Begin your task with a fresh sense of invigoration. Let the candle burn itself out knowing you are drawing forth the energy needed for your task.
(not sure how well this one would work for you because I'm not sure how much pain you're in and what aggravates your back or neck)
Seize the Day
Gain energy and motivation
Music with a danceable beat, (preferably with a strong beat)
Red or Orange candle
Light the candle and concentrate on the flame, say:
My energy has been so low:
Element of fire, help it grow.
I call you to me in this dance,
My vital energy to enhance.
Play your music and start moving to the beat. Gradually work your dance pace a slow dance until you are moving wilder and faster.
You can take breaks and go back to the flame and chant what you said before and visualize yourself full of Fire's spark and vitality.
Return to dancing
Repeat as needed until you feel recharged.
Also, maybe look up some
chants on Youtube to help raise your energy and play some music that gets you pumped up and feeling good or even funny videos.

that really helps me a lot. Clapping really helps me too for some odd reason.
And keep your thoughts positive! Tell yourself you can do it and when you feel yourself wavering just keep up that sort of positive self talk in your head. You can do it Pink!
Also, if any of this works for you afterwords you may want to ground yourself. Perhaps deep breathing to relax yourself, hug other people (or heck, a tree lol) and give some away, visualize excess energy draining out of you or do something that relaxes you so you don't burn yourself out, energy wise.
