Merry meet! My phone's been a turd for quite some time, so I know it's been a while since anyone's heard from me, bbut here's something to make up for it ;D (And yes, this works for other people as well, you don't have to only use it on yourself)
For this spell, simply visualize green healing energy around the wound/pain. Let it swirl there, imagining it taking the pain off your skin. Then, visualize it sinking into your wound/skin. Again, just let it swirl, imagining it taking the pain away and healing your wound. When your done, visualize the energy coming out of the spot (using your hand may help) and send it into the ground, asking the Godess (or whichever Earth deity you prefer) to cleanse the energy, as to not let it roam with negativity. This should take away the pain, and continuous sessions should help it heal faster.
