I can't remember any of my dreams?

I've found that having a journal close at hand makes it easir to remember, since its still fresh in your mind while your writing.

i cant remeber my dreams at all lately, wereas before i could recal them and a lot of them were important ( came true, or were about someone i have yet to meet) me and daughter of erebus kno each other, is there any way someone could be messing with us so we dont remember them if they were important? and if i do remember anything by the way, they r a single flash that i cant even interprete or use to remember and its only if im really trying. i just have the feeling that the dreams im haveing are important

Alot of times medication will interfer with remembering dreams,
alcohol, marijuana and stronger drugs will do the same...
...not that I'm saying you do this. Those are a few of the
things that hinder remembering dreams.
I know if I stop taking the flexeril for at least a week I have
a 50/50 chance of remembering some...but my pain is so bad
I don't dare go off the flexeril for even a day just for the sake
of remembering dreams. Once in awhile I'll remember one, but
it would be odd, so I chalk it up as entertainment.
