A goodbye spell?

early in Nov. last year someone close to me passed away. I didn't talk to him for a couple years, not that we were in a fight we just grew apart. Well i remember once joking around with him i told him when he died i got his cat. I feel terible for it and i wanna know if there is anyway i can tell him goodbye and apoligeze for that cat thing and know he'll here it? thanks for the help and happy casting to you!
