Winter Spell for a Safe Home

Postby ScarlettRose » Wed Dec 29, 2010 10:16 pm

Winter spell for a safe home- To keep your home protected from harm.
You will need:
a bowl
water
sea salt
dried bay leaves.

Best to cast is after dark. Drumming may help you with this spell, so you can connect with the spirits of your cave- dwelling ancestors. This spell will help make your home feel like your own safe cave. (:

Pour some tap water into a bowl. Dip your hand in it. Taste some of the water off of your hands and just meditate on water and the element and experience water's softness, the way it takes on the shape of it's container, it's fluid ever changing nature. Now pour some sea salt into the palm of your hand. Feel the roughness of its shaped grains between your fingers. Taste it. Pour the salt into the water and look into the water and feel the good vibes.

Now walk clockwise around the inside of your home, dipping your index finger into the saltwater and using it to trace a pentacle on every window and door. Now chant:

"All within dwell safe,
Safe from harm, safe and warm,
All within dwell safe."

Take a few moments to visualize each pentacle shining with a powerful golden light, setting the seal of protection on your home. Place a bay leaf on top of each door and window.

Thank the Earth and Water. Blessed Be.
