You must only do this excercise/formula if your willpower is genuine and strong!!!
Read carefully and do this little excercise few times a day.
Stand up, put your feet slightly apart, your hands down at your sides but not touching your body.
Also make sure that you are not touching another person or a chair or a piece of furniture.
I don't want your body to have any outside sensations.
The force of the Forces is what i want you to experience.
Let's practice saying the formula now.
You must know the words and understand their meaning, repeat after me:
I bring the Cosmic Forces into my body, asking for Strength, Protection, and Guidance.
Repeat it as many times as necessary until you have memorized the formula.
Now, still standing, close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Say, to yourself, "I bring the Cosmic Forces into my body" -- here hold your breath -- and continue, to yourself, "asking for Strength, Protection, and Guidance." Exhale.
Say it again.
Repeat it for the third time.
Open your eyes.
What did you feel? Did you feel something running into your body? Some electricity? Some new sensation?
Did you think you were about to fall either forward or backward?
Did you get a tingling in your spine, your face, your hands?
The reason for calling in the Cosmic Forces in the first place is because you want something, right?
You need something, you want something done, you have a request.
"They" understand that and that's what "they" are there for.
"They" come when you call on them because "they" want to help you.
"They" are with you, The beautifull thing about the Cosmic Forces is that you are never alone.
This time, after you have said the formula three times, you can breathe normally and make your request.
When you do this, be natural about it.
Take as long as you want on your request, but make sure it is exactly phrased.
And dont forget to thank the unseen forces after you have requested something, cross your arms over your chest like an Egyptian mummy, say "Thank you, thank you, thank you,".
The reason for the crossing of the arms, where they form an "X" over your breast, right palm open on left upper arm and left palm open on right upper arm, is that you are turning off the energy.
First you plugged in and tuned in; now that you are done with the energy, you turn it off and this Egyptian "double-cross" seems the best way to do it.
White Light Protection:
Raise your hands palm upward, as if you were wondering if it was sprinkling on a summer day, and ask the Cosmic Forces to protect you with the White Light.
As you ask, visualize this light coming down and into you.
How you see it is your own doing.
You will know when this White Light has enveloped you because you'll feel a tingling in the palms of your hands.
Stand there until you feel the tingling and then visualize the protective light in whatever way you wish.
Then, when you are well covered, cross your arms in the Egyptian double-cross and say, "Thank you, thank you, thank you."
You are now able to go out into the world and know that you are protected from all the negativity.
Spiritists claim that if you have given yourself this protective coating, nothing can penetrate it and hurt you.
Negativity (I prefer that word to "evil") will hit the White Light and bounce off.
