Supplies:
-1 Green Candle (Earth)
-Gather twigs, leaves, flowers and rocks place in on a plate with a small bowl on top.
1 Blue Candle (Water)
-Get a bowl fill it with water, I add sea shells and pearls and sometimes even sand.
1 White Candle (Air, some use yellow it's whatever you prefer
-Get a jar fill it with feathers half way.
1 [color-red]Red Candle[/color] (Fire)
-Get a plate (red if you can) put ashes on it.
1 LARGE bag of sea salt
A platform of some kind, or a smooth large suface to set up on.

Now put it togther!!!
Starting facing NORTH place your plate of twings, flowers, leaves and stones with the cup on top in the NORTH.
Turn right, now facing EAST, place your jar of feathers.
Turn right again, now facing SOUTH, place your bowl of water.
Turn right a last time now facing WEST, place your plate of ashes.

Now the candles place each candle and light in the EXACT same order.
The green candle goes in the little bowl on top the twigs, leaves, etc, for saftey reasons nothing like a fire to break your concentration.
The white candle goes on top the jar, again saftey reasons.
The blue candle can actually just float in the bowl of water.
The red can sit on top of the ashes.

Now grab you bag of salt starting at NORTH make a circle around you salt is known for protection.

Now go about casting your spell afterwards (for my peace of mind) sweep the salt inward the circle until its in a pile and get rid of it.
