Everyone has a different reason for doing what they do, and suicide is no different, and if it is peace that you are looking for, then I hope you find it. Everyone deserves peace.

I can't judge anyone for wanting to end their life because I do not stand in their shoes. I don't know your situation or circumstance. But I do know the feeling of hopelessness very well, and have struggled and continue to struggle with it myself.

However, if you find yourself amidst the struggle between life and death, take some time and just breathe. If you like bubble tea, go get some bubble tea. Or if you like taking walks, go for a walk. Play some music that you like. Take a nap if you feel tired. Eat something delicious if you're hungry. Put your favorite movie on. Do anything to make yourself realize that there are other emotions outside of the ones that make you feel like dying.

Talk to someone and let your troubles go. You will be surprised with how many people are willing to listen. For whatever reason, I experience so many strangers (and also, friends) who have come up to me at a mall or waiting for the bus or in line at a fast food place, pretty much anywhere, and have poured their hearts out to me about all their troubles. And, I listen to every single person for as long as they need someone to listen to them. There are kind ears and hearts who want to let you know that it's going to be okay.

Forgive. Forgive yourself. Forgive others. Only then will you be able to start again and know that every moment is a new moment to feel differently, to feel happier, to feel more at peace.

If you can keep going, please keep going.

And remember, I love you. I truly truly love you. No matter what happens. No matter what choice or decision has been made, you are loved completely.
