Help please...I’d like proof

I have been trying to educate myself on the Pagan(Wikka? correct me if im wrong) based religeons, and i am doubtfull. All of the things i've read have said that people can learn to control spirits, or other otherworldly beings, and people say that they can control them, but i was born a skeptic, and as-such i can't believe any of this until i see it. Does anyone have any easy rituals or spells (potions mabey?) that can prove to me that at least some of this stuff is real? And if you can, can you recomend any books or articles that would help me educate myself on the topic?
