choco cake
make her a chocolate cake with melted choco on top,
recipe:
3 cups flour
3-4 eggs (depends on the size if they are big use 3)
2 cups sugar (i use 1 and something )
1 cup butter
1/2 cup milk (if the mixture is too tight pour some more)
vanille powder
baking powder (i teaspoon)
orange rind
making it: put the butter and the sugar in the mixer and work them fluffy add the eggs and milk and in the end flour (baking powder together with flour ofcourse) work em all together for about 5 minutes and if the texture is too tight pour some more milk.
add the vannile and the orange rind and give the mixture a short swirl.
baking time aout 40 minutes or so, your baking tray should be buttered and floured so the cake cmes out easily, a nice add is to melt some choco "ben mari style"
ben mari style: pour some water in a pot and let it come to temperature, then pout you choco in small pieces inside a smaller pot and leave it on top of the water (the water must give warmth to the smaller pot so the choco inside melts slowly and doesnt burn) add a teaspoon of butter to make the melted choco shiny.
sorry for my bad english i hope you undestood most of it

You can make really easy parfait type layered pudding cups too...
Grab some chocolate pudding mix or pie filling, cook as directed on the box. Put a layer of that in a tall cup, a layer of cool whip / whipped topping of your choice, and another layer of pudding. Top with an oreo cookie. You can even crumble the oreo cookies and put them in between the layers. It's yummy, my son lovessss these! They also look really neat like you put a whole lot of effort into it =P
Oh, keep refridgerated btw! Cool whip melts!

I'm not sure what kind of food you were looking to make but for dessert I would go with
Dump cake.
Sounds gross I know but its the most amazing thing ever. Lol
You'll need:
-1 chocolate cake mix
-1 box of chocolate pudding mix
-1 container of cool whip.
All you do is make the first two items as their directed on the box.
Then take a large glass bowl and put half the chocolate cake on the bottom.
Then a layer of half the pudding, and half the cool whip. Repeat those layers again on top.
And serve it just like that, with big spoon fulls.
its wonderful!
