He didn't even show up for his own criminal charges case. Now he has a 'failure to appear' warrent out for his arrest. This just keeps getting better and worse. If he's in jail, I can't collect. I may still be able to get him into small Claims though, they will make sure he gets to all his court cases. Good Gravey, this is stressful.

Well, I know now why he didn't show up for his court case. He was in jail. They didn't do research on if he needed to be in court, so it's rescheduled for the 1st of November.

I had been sending text messages to his cell phone, his 'wife' called me back after a message earlier this week. She wondered if I was a girlfriend. It was a while before I could explain that I hired him to work on my house, nothing more. Also, he did get one of the letters I sent him, but it was thrown away. She is now telling everyone that calls his cell phone what he's done, living with different women so he could keep ahead of the law, one of these women are pregnant and now she has found out about the others, she is getting an abortion. Sad

I have an appointment with a lawyer in the morning. I'm just going to get started. I think it will be months before anything comes of it.
