handfasting

i am currently looking for someone who can conduct a handfasting. preferably who can also make the ceromony legaly binding with a marrage cirtifacate. (sp) i live in oregon, and we are wanting to have the ceromony in Portland, oregon. if any one can help me or point me in the right direction it would be appreciated. im sorry if this isnt the place to post this.

thanks, i will have to try that.
we still havent set a date yet, but with all that is going on lately, i dont expect to have the handfasting before summer. if not next year.

Yeah the date had to be the hardest thing for me! It took me weeks to get a date, then one day i just said April June or July. June and July seamed like it whould be to hot, so april it was, and the date was way easyer, my cousins wedding will be the week befor so i picked the last saterday in april the 28th sence its so soon i picked the last posable chance. May is my sister birthday and i didnt want to take that time away from her. For me once i picked the mounth the date came fast. Just took a while to get the right mounth.

Cheek you areas past weather if your haveing an outdoors wedding and pick the dryest mounth. even if its going to be indoors it still isnt a bad idea to pick a dry mounth anyways...dont want it to be storming on your wedding day! I have also been told not to marru in May thats the Goddess'swedding mounth. If i remeber correctly.

Also i will not be useing that handfasting i posted. so feel free to use it all or parts if you like, i whouldnt have minded if you did in the first place, but i think its was beautifull and just dont want it to go to wast

i might submit it into a website or something.

Thats the thread with my handfasting. There are some iffy parts in it. But i hope it will help you out.

My fionce wanted a smaller one and that one is somewhat long. So i still want someone to use it i think its very nice.
