Honey Jar Love Spell questions!

Hey guys!

I'm not new to doing a honey jar love spell, but I have some questions regarding the spell as some people aren't practicing WICCA or witchcraft. I 100% believe in this ritual, but also feel like karmic comes back to get me, or sometimes every 3-6 months I have to do a new one. I'm not forcing anyone to be with me, more so to sweeten their thoughts of me.

I know there are good times to perform this spell, as a new moon is coming on Dec 7th.

If I start the spell before the new moon, it won't be a potent will it? Shall I continue the ritual until the full moon on December 22nd?

If you're worried about karma coming back to you, it will, because your subconscious will manifest that. Are you having to do a new jar every few months for the same person, or is this on a different person each time? Can you elaborate a little bit on that?

Spell timing doesn't have to be set in stone. If you're doing the spell to sweeten love, you might start it on a Friday, or if it is to sweeten a business relationship, Thursday would be better. If you want to use the moon, begin with the new moon, so that the sweetness can grow with it. You do not necessarily have to continue the ritual to the full moon, but that is an option. Or, you might start your working at dawn so the sweetness can grow with the sun. And, of course, if there is ever an urgent need, do it when you can.

Thanks so much Siona! It's every few months, sometimes longer. I'm not sure if this is karma or if this is my partner just needing space in hectic times (like stressful periods, Christmas, Back to school), but I use the spell to sweeten his thought s of me, which usually if I reach out he gets defensive and moody. When I use the spell, I pray that his thoughts are more sweeten, so we are able to have a conversation based upon what went wrong. I had my love tarot read today, super scary because she was on point. It's karmic ties, but I'm starting it tonight on the New Moon!

Can someone elaborate on a honey jar lovecspell or point me in the direction of an existing thread wher it’s described?

Go to the spells section & do a search. There are a couple HJ spells in there. Briefly you add personal tags of persons involved & a petition to a very small jar & add a couple table spoons of honey. Seal the jar. Set your intent. The purpose is to "sweeten" someone's attitude. Place a candle on top of the lid in its own wax & proceed as a candle spell & let it burn down. Store the wax covered jar in a cupboard where it wont be disturbed. Some versions don't add the candle.
