It's been a while. I always feel I just can't manage life.
And now I'm affraid a depression is nearing again. Since I am quite creative, I'ld love to make some bracelets or rings I could wear, to help me cope, manage and heal. But I don't know which colors to use? White and Brown perhaps (healing and grounding) but what else?

My, it has been a long time, welcome back !!!
I like contrasting colors, they pop and complement each other, I also feel they lend balance.
There are 3 main contrasts. ..
Red = Green
Blue = Orange
Yellow = Purple
These opposites also make 3 distinct shades of brown when mixed together (like with paint)

If your feeling the blues coming on use shades of orange to counteract these feelings, all shades of orange should be fine.

A black and white color scheme with a gray bead could be a tool to remind one to stay out of black and white thinking and to search for the shades of gray.

I find black natural shungite beads in a bracelet are very helpful anti-depressant. Shungite has a healing quality I like. And balanced with white quartz & some green sparklies for bling speaks to me.

I think I have some orange beads somewhere. They could also help me to be more confident .
I actually already made a ring using purple and red, don't know why, but the colors really spoke to me.
