I am curious.

I think I already know my answer but I'd like to hear what others think too.

Is is possible to practice and be part of multiple religions and practices and not belong to any specific one?

for example, a person is into 4 different religions/practices and may believe in one more over the other something like 25%/25%/10%/40%

or a person that may believe in 2 religions/practices but never be absolutely one or the other something like 70%/30% or 60%/40%

Thanks appreciate it :)

Have a Good Day.

I think most religions are pretty fluid. Mostly non-abrahamic religions. Though there are ways to even incorporate those, it's just more difficult. But if you can do it and it works for you, why not? I myself pull from a few different places when I practice.

I think everyone should do what makes sense to them. It's really up to the individual to decide. Sometimes a mashup of a few religions is what it takes to make sense of the world and that's okay.

Sure. Lots of people do. And just because someone sits quietly in the pews doesn't mean they accept everything being expounded. If folks are honest, they admit to doubts and differences of belief. It can be hard not to feel fragmented when picking and choosing, and this discourages a lot of people from exploring. I don't think any one religion has all the answers.

How much you can practice in private and also participate and be accepted within a variety of communities may depend on the liberality of these groups and how verbal you are about "multi-pewing."

Of course it can. We live in communities and are therefore influenced by other people's beliefs, even though the "sacred book" or priest sais otherwise. It's impossible not to think about a practice or belief that isn't specific for their religion.
Everybody I know adopted from other religions...it might also be a thing of the contemporary human.

I personally follow my own religion, that consists of beliefs and practices adopted mostly from Christianity(my background), Hindi and Paganism from different areas, but also anything else that I come across and makes sense. Religion is a personal thing and you can create it the way you wish. Be creative! :-)
