Well, there's always Zeus and Jupiter, Greek and Roman gods of thunder and lightening, among many other things. In Greece Zeus is accompanied by Astrape and Bronte, two goddesses of lightning and thunder. In Rome there was also Summanus, who was the god of nighttime thunder in particular. Ba'al is a Canaanite deity associated with storms. There is also the Egyptian Set, who also rules over storms, as well as the desert, foreign lands, and so on. Oya is Orisha of storms. There are many more from other pantheons, I'm sure, but these are the ones that come to mind for me... someone might have more info on others.

There's a quite generous list over here: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_thunder_gods
