You will need:
a blue candle with a lid thingy
a lighter
(That's why it's called simple, two ingredients only)
Light the blue candle and focus all your negative energy into it, focus all the sadness, and the hurt, and the pain. Imagine it flowing into the candle and becoming the candle itself.
Chant:
"goddess, I pray to you today,
to take this pain away,
with harm to none including me,
this is my will so mote it be"
Then put the top back on, let it snuff out, and put it somewhere out of sight.

I used this after a really bad argument and immediately stopped crying, so it worked for me.
