Today I am grateful for my supportive husband who I know will always have my back.

Today I am grateful for music. It brought me and my husband together in the beginning and now is bringing us back together.

Today I am grateful for yoga once again. I have said this so many times on this thread, but the impact it has had on my life is really amazing. I feel like a new person mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Today I am grateful for people allowing me to practice my new skills on them. Another member allowed me to do a tarot reading for them. I feel like I can actually sense things now while I'm reading. Like I can feel the essence of the folks who I read for! And my sister and her friends allowed me to practice teaching yoga on them. Still not great at it, but that's why I'm grateful! Lol.

Today I am grateful for patience and understanding. I had to deal with a not so rational fellow today with a huge ego. I was able express how I felt freely and not be offended or hurt when he lashed back at me. This is a huge improvement for me! Growing up is fun after all! (Says the 30 something year old)

Today I am grateful for my puppy that loves me a greets me with a smile all the time, and my two affectionate cats. I'm grateful that my pup's spay surgery went well and that she has calmed down and is tolerating the cone. I'm also grateful that her incision is healing up well.

I'm grateful for an awesome house and a wonderful partner that supports me. Today I am grateful that I have lots of healthy food at home and that it is sunny. I'm grateful that my dad is coming by to help me with some home improvement things.

Today I am grateful for finishing my yoga training. All I have left is my internship! I gained so much confidence and have decided to go back to school for massage

It has really been such a life changing experience!!! I am one step closer to opening my own holistic healing center!!!

Today I am also grateful for other members commenting on this thread

Appreciation makes this world a better place!

Today I am grateful for having everything I need. A car, roof over my head, food in my stomach, money to pay my bills (even if I am in crazy debt), shoes on my feet, clothes on my back, and love in my heart. Thank you universe for providing me all these things.

Today I am thankful for Benadryl! I recently discovered that this stuff knocks me out harder then any prescription sleeping pill I have ever taken! Aaaaaaand I wake-up with a clear sinus cavity! Thank the heavens for good sleep without allergies!!!
