How to use this info.

I'm learning the elements and which qualities go with them i.e. earth represents physical plane and your 5 senses. So what do I do with this info? Blessings

Others may use that information differently, but when I'm putting together a spell or a ritual, I use elemental correspondences to help myself coordinate what I'm going to be using for what purpose. Going with your example, knowing that Earth represents the physical and the five senses is useful information for a cleansing ritual. Keeping the senses in mind, you could use a bowl of sea salt as the cleansing agent. It has texture, taste, smell, a specific visual appearance, and makes a specific sound when poured or shaken. You could utilize all of these aspects one by one in your ritual as you perform the cleansing of your item, or space, either by using each of your senses, or recalling them as you work.

You could do the same when performing kitchen magic, or when giving offerings. Food and drink appeal to all the senses as well, and the act of eating/drinking are very earthy in their consumption and preparation (at least it feels that way to me). Allowing the food/drink to be taken in by each of your senses when interacting with it, either by cooking or eating, immerses you in the act itself and is pleasurable to your senses. From that experience, it's easy to invoke that memory and then to call on it to create a sacred space in your kitchen for magical work, or to share with your gods during offerings.

The elements manifest intentions. Each element is related to & thus supports certain types of intentions & forms of spells, so you could use Earth element Spell methods to support Earth element needs.

. Earth relates to the body, to the home, practical changes, jobs; stones, cord & knot magic
. Air relates to the mind, education, decision-making; sigils, chant, incense & blessing magic
. Fire relates to the will, healthy vitality, sex, partnerships; transformative candle magic
. Water relates to the emotions, self-image, psychism; potions, bottle-spells, cleansing magic

These relationships help select the appropriate method as well as the ingredients that support the goal, if you want to use that approach.

When you have allowed and balanced all elements (this state is requisite for the activity called "analysis"), the fifth element becomes available to your mind/body/spirit. It is hope, but with energy to purpose. Some people call it aether, but "fear" is a term apt to the fifth element also. Using the fifth element to create and manifest dreams is the key to spirituality, the mystery, heaven as well, and indeed religion knows it - almost always unwillingly. With this knowledge... Do what you will but be not a harm.
