Ok, so I'm reasonably new with all this, but I've been experimenting with a particular stone I have and found that I can use it to achieve a basic level of clarity and perception. In particular I can feel temperature and hear sounds more distinctly.
Has anyone else got tips on improving this sort of exercise or anything they've done similar? I'd love to know.
