Am I Reacting to Negative Magic?

Postby Aceso » Fri May 29, 2015 1:42 pm

I asked my sister about this, and she never got back to me on this. Where I work, I deal with a lot of people everyday. I work in a doctors office. Now, I put this patient in the room with the parents and all of a sudden my throat started itching and I started to cough uncontrollably. Once I left the room it stopped immediately. They wore no purfume or cologne. So here is the question. Was I reacting to a spell on them?

I have noticed that since I have been taking my studies more seriously that things have been happening allot to me. Is this another thing?

It could be a sympathetic thing, experiencing the symptoms of the patient. If you have any kind of empathic ability, it could be that you were tuning in to their discomfort.

I didn't think about it that way. Thank you. Heartsong

I had the same thought that Heartsong had.

I'm curious, too. What were they in for?

Snowcat and Seawitch, they came in to have their baby weighed. To see if he gained weight.

I'm seconding this. It could be the nervousness or discomfort of the infant or its parent that you were picking up on.

It could also be dust?

As far as becoming more sensitized, it's not uncommon for you to notice more things the more you practice. Your instincts start to kick in, you start to notice more, and sometimes it's simply hypersensitivity (looking more into something than there is), but sometimes they're legit and it's worth taking notice. Just don't let yourself get too carried away, keep yourself grounded. :)

To seawitch the baby is not sick but there is a concern about slow weight gain. So I could be picking up the parents feelings. But for an up date, they came in yesterday for a weight check and dad was not there and I did not feel anything. Mom was very relaxed and she knew everything was fine. the baby did gain weight.
So Vesa your probably right. I picked up on the father's concern. Thank you both for answering me
