it looks like french/latin to me but I can't be sure. In what context was it used?

cardea - Roman for Axis or Hinge

ouvret - French for Open

allaya - English for "to accend" or highly exalted

dixet - an utterance or way of being said example : "He said (unto) him" as in 3rd person perspective

Yes I thought same, coming up with identical results. But thank you for your research. It is used as an incantation in protection spells.
Anybody know its origin and full meaning?
