a Cleansing Ritual

You need:
A Blue candle
A black candle
Salt
Holy water or moon water
Incense or fresh air
some sort of fire
Paper
Pen/pencil



Light your candles, get some protective and cleansing crystals you know of, I reccomend Black tourmaline and clear quartz, and maybe a rose quartz along,
then with your moon water or, holy water you can dab you finger in it and make a pentagram on your forehead,
as you do that you say
"The Cleansing ritual is starting"
Make a circle of salt around you for absorbing negative energies and
cleansing/protecting.
After making a circle of salt say "The salt so bright and full of might, protect and cleanse me."
then you make a second circle of salt around you, a second circle but bigger, and as you make a second circle you say "I cast a circle of salt once more."

Now you will need a piece of paper, and write all positive thoughts in there, and you can add in a banishing symbol, or cleansing symbol, be creative once done, fold the paper, and it dosent have to be a big piece of paper, maybe a smallish-meduim sized, then in the middle of the creased line, put salt and say "By the power of the earth, I ask the earth, to help cleanse me so mote it be"

then moving to water, sprinkle a little water on your paper and then say "By the power of water, the emotional waves, I ask help from for a cleansing ritual so mote it be"

moving on to Air, now for air you can use incense or if you don't have that fresh air, from the outside, when ready say "The air breezing through the sky, please help me in my cleansing ritual so mote it be"

and lastly, fire, for fire you can burn it (more effecitve) or you can place it under a heat source, and as you do that say "By the power of the destructive fire, but colorful flames, I call you here to help me in my cleansing ritual so mote it be"

finally, after gathering all 4 elements, if you burned your piece of paper your fine, but if you put it under a heat source, throw it away to a lake or bury it under dirt, or go to the beach and throw it there etc, and as you do that say

"All elements combined, named by Fire, Earth, Water and Air, I make this cleansing ritual, done, as I'm cleansed now,"

I like this, thanks for sharing. Do you suggest a particular moon phase to perform this? I normally do mine during a new or full moon.

Very nice spell Jake. I love how you included the elements.

You could also write on the paper things you want to let go (bad habits, etc) and release those as part of the cleansing ritual. I would do that during the waning moon phase as that is the time to let things go.
