Evil spirit?

When I was younger I had a dream that wasn't scary but it was just that whenever I had the dream I got the really horrible feeling that only came with the dream but after having the dream frequently as a child it soon faded away and lately I have been having snippets of that previous dream and getting the horrible feeling again but I have a dream catcher now and I don't have the dream anymore however I still get the horrible feeling without the dream but I only get it for a few seconds and it only happens at night and if you have read some of my other posts then you will know that at night I have a spirit that lives in the back garden however I think he has gotten access to the house some how because I can feel him inside without going outside like I used to! Does this mean that the spirit may be related to the dream because when I look back to the time that the dream was most frequent then I remember thinking that there was a 'boogy man' in the house at night when I slept and that could have been the spirit. Sorry for rambling but can anyone explain the situation to me? Thank you very much in advance and I'm sorry for also putting this in a silly place but I felt the need as I didn't know where to put it because it could come under dreams or under spirits! )O(

Can you explain the feeling? Is it like you can't breath and are aware of everything around you? And your feel scared?

The feeling doesn't have any physical consequences if you want to call it that but it's more of an emotion that gets forced on me and it is a really horrible feeling that I can't explain because there is honestly nothing like it!

How about smuding your home with white sage and keeping agate crystals around your home to protect it from spirits. It is also said that keeping shells on windowsills keeps evil spirits out. You may also call the elements to watch over your home.

I would suggest smudging your pendulum, too. I've noticed that during stressful times in our life, our divination tools pick up on that energy and manifest it stronger.

If you dont have white sage cleanse your pendulum in salt water for 24 hrs then take it out rinse in mineral water and leave it on your window sill to soak in natural sunlight or moonlight... use sea salt in the water or use regular salt
