Strange Happenings

So as of late there have been things going on around my house that have me concerned. Between midnight and 4:00 am while I'm in the living room if the front door is not locked but is fully clicked shut it will open by itself, I know it isn't my dogs because if they were pushing the door open they would come into the house and they're not. When I'm home alone or even when my father is home I always hear some one talking during the day . I'll also hear children running through my carport. What worries me is that it only happens when I'm in the living room. I know its getting close to Samhain but I still want to know how I can tell if these happenings of from something evil. When the door opens I shut it before "something can get in", there has only been one time when I woke (I fell asleep on the couch while watching a movie) and saw the door was open, I didn't know how long it was open for. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. <3

Have you tried to communicate with the spirit who is opening your door? Perhaps you should ask him or her what their intent is for visiting you. They could be a family member who is trying to connect with you as Samhain approaches and the veil thins.

I disagree... if you let the spirits know you can hear them, they will bother you more. If you're the kind of person who scares easily (like me) you don't want spirits waking you up in the middle of the night talking 'bout "Oooooooooh..... aaaaaahhhhh..... Aaaaaaash Niiiiiight. I neeeeeed yooooooou.... Please helllllp meeeeee!!!!!" CREEPY!

You might want to read what I posted on this thread here about the increase in solar activity. That could be causing disturbances for you like it is for me:

Haha I could agree with that XD Since I've posted this the spirits have started opening my bedroom windows at night as well even thought I lock them. I've decided to try and smudge the house while my family is out. I'll check out your post to it seems interesting and I've read so many of them already I can tell you are very wise
