Request: Job/Success Spell

Hi! So I've been looking for a job for the last few months. This is not so surprisingly hard for a teenager with little job experience. I've filled out a hundred applications, but no ones gotten back to me. I'd really appreciate if someone could give me a spell to help me succeed, so that I might be able to get a job.

P.S. I have little resources, so the simpler (Less ingredients) the better

Ok so here's the spell I came up with:

I search for jobs,
And all I get are mobs,
Nothing I need,
In order to succeed.
I ask for work,
It shall give me a perk,
To strive,
As I survive.

Sorry, it's kind of crappy, sort of reflects my mood. -.- I hope it works though.
