hi.. well my friend is hoping to get a scholarship to a university and i just wanted to use some spells to help her make it true! please if you do know ..pleaseeee let me know! it is really really a big deal for her!

I don't know of anything like that but you can make up your own spell and send some positive energy her way. That always helps!
You do not need to use the bible to justify love, however no greater tool has been created to justify hate.
