Favorite Herb?

Postby ScarlettRose » Sun Oct 17, 2010 5:47 pm

Just curious, what's your favorite herb?
I love Chamomile, rosemary, peppermint... and so many others.
Herbs are amazing.

Breathing in I know compassion; Breathing I am compassion.
Breathing in I feel loved; Breathing out I offer love.
Breathing in I am still; Breathing out I am at peace.

Oh geez!

I don't really have a favorite, they are all so amazing...

I enjoy Sage, Peppermint (any mint really), aloe, and such.

Healing and protecting plants are always so nice, so any of those are probably my favorites :p

But the most used for me is currently Peppermint and Rosemary.

Mugwort is good for divination, clairvoyance and other psychic abilities in general, but truly good for those mentioned, protection, astral projection, strength and healing. Or at least that's what I use them for.

My favorite is sage. I used to love pineapple sage(a tropical sage from Hawaii) but after growing it for five years I killed the plant and decided tropical plants where a pain to grow >< But now that I'm older I wish I had the pineapple sage again. It has such a sweet scent.

White sage homegrown.
I gather my white sage from the wild. Is it difficult to grow? And did you grow it from seed or transplant? I would love to grow my own in case I moved away from where I live now. Now that I've used it so much, I can't live without it!
