Perhaps I am a little off season but this is one of my favorite green spells preferably done during spring as that's when we start planting seeds.
What you need: A pot, some soil, flower seeds, a piece of paper (preferably ecological) and a pen.
Write down your wish on this piece of paper. Fold it three times, hold it against your head or your chest and say your wish out loud three times. Then put the folded piece of paper in the bottom of the pot, or heck you could do this directly outside too and skip the pot (but in that case make sure you bury the paper properly) and fill the pot up. As you start placing your seeds you can do a little prayer or chant. And end it with Amen or So mote it be.
Now, make sure you look after this plant well as when it grows so does your wish. And once the flower or plant has grown and autumn is nearing then cut it off and preserve or let nature have its course.
