A Spell To End SCHIZOPHRENIA

Postby TimeUnspent » Wed Sep 15, 2010 6:07 pm

Hello
My name's Crimson, I'm 17 years old.
I want to form a spell to end schizophrenia/paranoia/anxiety.
I haven't seen anything like this online, and I'm kind of short on resources.
I'm looking for suggestions on stones, herbs, deities, etc.

I have a very rough history.
I was molested by my father when i was 9, and then was sent to live with an abusive drunk stepfather for five years.
I was also born and raised as a Jehovah's Witness until my father molested me. Then I was forced into Christianity. Since then, I've been fine, but I suffer from anxiety and depression. I tried to commit suicide in July, during a panic attack from which I was hospitalized. (Luckily, in the end, they decided not to put me on Zoloft.)

Now I simply identify as Pagan. I haven't had much experience energy working or with witchcraft, But I do have experience crossing over spirits. This is basically all I've ever done metaphysically, but the stress has gotten to me.

I haven't been able to maintain a healthy spiritual life. It's affected every other facet of life negatively, and I'm in no state to heal myself. I have way too many things on my mind on a daily basis. I feel extremely regretful and angry at myself for many relationships lost because of my mental health. At this point, I want to try to live life normally without feeling paranoid all of the time.

I do not actually know if I have schizophrenia or not, because I've never spoken about my spiritual life with my therapist.

Other Things Are:
I am beginning the Indigo to Crystal Transition. I don't really know what that means because I THOUGHT crystal children didn't start coming until the 90's, AND they are new souls. THE ONES WHO TRANSITION supposedly have a lot of energy work under their belts. (but i have next to nothing.)
The very first spirit I ever met was a vampire. This was in 7th grade. He is attached to me in such a way that I cannot be rid of him. He's been my friend all this time, and does not feed on my energy anymore, but he weighs on my aura all of the time. With him, it's a love/hate relationship. My guides have told me that he needs to be crossed over, but they have also said that at this point I can no longer do it by myself.
As a matter of fact, I no longer talk to the person who was SUPPOSED to help me.
I don't really know what it means.
And my astrology chart is below, If that helps anything:

When you were molested and abused in several ways it's more likely your shizophrenia was a wrong diagnosis and you actually got PTSD or DID or other trauma-induced metal illnesses. Those are curable with therapy or with spiritula ways. In contrast to shizophrenia which can also be treated with medications.

I would recommend you visit a paganfriendly therapist with a good background in Trauma. For a proper diagnosis and talking about your treatment.

For a spiritual way to treat DID you could look up the blog I linked in my signature.

Not everyone who is molested develops a dissociative disorder. Traumwandlerin, I’m not saying I doubt you, just that it is a rare set of disorders and it is not always in a person’s best interest to go right to the rarest thing. Similarly, this doesn’t sound like schizophrenia. The fact that Crimson is able to sit down and type everything out coherently, and that she knows she has a problem suggests that she’s got a good grip on reality. Crimsons, It sounds like you’re a pretty normal girl whose having a rough time and coming up with creative ways of dealing with it. Congratulations on staying alive. :3

This is a foolproof spell. It works every time, but it takes a long time to carry out. You have to be completely devoted to it. Not everyone can do it, so i hope you're strong enough.

1. Anoint a pink candle with rose oil. Set it on your altar and light it. As it burns, meditate on all the reasons you deserve to feel better. Imagine your symptoms fleeing your body. Now ask the god, goddess, deva, or whatever that you feel closest to to help you out. Ask for strength, clarity, and courage. Know that you are a person of highest value and you have every right to be happy and free of anxiety.

2. Get online and find your insurance providers website. If you don’t have insurance, find a free clinic or go to your school’s website. Find a therapist, counselor, or psychologist that is available to you and set up an appointment.

3. Go. The days between when you set up the appointment and actually go may be nerve wracking. If you feel uncertain perform the meditation mentioned above to remind you that you need and deserve help.

4. This is the hard part. When you go to therapy, be completely honest. Hold nothing back. Tell the therapist everything, including about your spirit guides, the molestation, your anxiety, etc. A well trained therapist will be able to differentiate between spiritual experiences and psychosis, and will not want to cram you full of drugs just because you have spirit guides. HOWEVER! After a few sessions the therapist may recommend you to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist will evaluate what medications might be able to help you. S/he might have a nurse do some blood work to check hormone levels.

With anxiety issues, its possible that your brain may not be producing enough of one hormone or another. Medication can replace that. In this case, it’s kind of like a diabetic person taking insulin shots. If you decide to take medication (and keep in mind, this will be your choice. Therapists want you to get better, and the person you see should be willing to hold off on medicating unless you’re comfortable with it) you might have some initial difficulty getting the dosage right. Because everyone’s brain is different, it might take a few attempts to find how much you need of which medicines.

When you look for a therapist, look for someone who is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (a type of therapy created specifically for anxiety-related problems) or transpersonal therapy (a more spiritually-oriented type of therapy that will be best able to incorporate your beliefs into your healing).

5. Stay in therapy. If your therapist does something you don’t think is helpful (for example, trying to medicate you after the first visit and not giving you an option to refuse) it is okay to say so. It is okay to tell your parents you want a new therapist, or okay to find someone new on your own. What is not okay is to stop going and not look for something else. You are a good person, so treat yourself right. You probably won’t be in therapy forever. You’ll probably be there long enough to learn the skills you need to cope with anxiety and depression on your own, as well as working on whatever other issues you tell the therapist to focus on. If you stick with it, you will get better. But it is a lot of work.

Wow, that was wordy. Okay, so it isn’t really a spell…but sometimes a spell isn’t good enough. Sometimes you need to go out and do things for yourself in the physical world. If you wanna talk more about therapy and schizophrenia, send me a PM. I’m a psychology student so I can help you find resources and whatnot.

Good luck.
