Weight Loss Spell?

So, for the longest time, I've been cruising at about 175, which for my height isn't too bad. It's about average. Now, I recently checked the scale, (not to mention some clothes that don't quite work anymore D:) and decided to try and change this. I've been walking everyday (with my dog, so it's more fun, and the dog gets his exercise and fun), changed eating habits and what I eat, but it's not working too well. I'm trying to stick with "natural" kind of methods. Exercise and healthy foods, more home cooked and less fast food.

Now, that explanation out of the way; does anyone know a good spell to help me lose weight? That is to say, either to help me get rid of it, inspire me to lose weight, give me energy to do more exercise, or anything really? I could use a hand here, I'm embarrassed with myself for putting on weight. (family has heart problems in our history, diabetes, and some joint issues. I want to make sure that I get back to being healthy, and staying that way.)

For inspiration you could always post little pieces of paper everywhere that say things like, "You can do it!" or "You'll be healthy in no time if you keep it up!" or stuff like that. Sounds cheesy, but works. Hehe.

As for spells, I don't particularly know any. I mean, I've seen some, but I've never actually tested them. You could always try to some weight loss spells that are on this website, though! I know there's a page somewhere on Everything Under the Moon with weight loss spells on 'em.

Ahhh, not a bad thought! I'll give it a try. Thankfully I have a small energetic dog, who ALWAYS wants walks, so I can usually get started that way.
