Everything Under the Moon

I've been away for a while and I've lost my BoS and I don't know how to get back in to the routine of practicing. Any help?

I've been gone for a while but reading the comments I agree with Autumnal Rose because although I appreciate your concerns I was taking proper precautions and eventually it did work

Any colour works, I used white but I think pink and red will work best though )O(

The feeling doesn't have any physical consequences if you want to call it that but it's more of an emotion that gets forced on me and it is a really horrible feeling that I can't explain because there is honestly nothing like it!

I also get the feeling when using my pendulum, I don't know if that is relevant but I'll mention it anyway!

In that case it will work! ^_^ I'm going to write up the incantation now- Is there a time that is best to do what I am doing taking into account the moon phases and the days of the week?

If I was to get a poppet and enchant it to ease guilt when you tell it a secret or something like that or maybe take away the worry when you tell it your problems would that work? Thank you in advance! )O(

That would make sense as the book would have been charged with my creative energy when I wrote in it and the chair may have relaxation energy or something. )O(

OH MY GODDESS! That makes my Book of Shadows look like a piece of familiar poo! How did you make that? I'm actually considering starting a new BoS by using a ring binder to organize everything that I've done! )O( Blessed be!

What I'm going to do is get my old and current BoS and copy it all out onto loose paper and then I'm going to put it into a ring binder in sections with those coloured partitions in it but I have no idea how to start with the indexing process. )O(

I would love to see some picture of other people's BoS', I would show you mine but one of mine is just a grey ring bound notebook and one is an old school book that I didn't finish so I ripped out the pages I used and I stuck a sheet of paper that had "Book of Shadows" written on the front...

Does anyone have any quick and easy methods of indexing my old Book of Shadows because I can't find anything in it when I need it and I have so many chants and spells that I want to look up but it's impossible.
