You will need:

• Hair, nails, photo, etc. from your target
• Jar or bottle with cork
• Piece of red cloth, cut into heart shape
• Straight pins
• Nails, pins, or needles
• Ground for burying

Obtain personal items from your persecutor: hair, nails, photo, letter, text message/email printout, etc.

1. Put them inside a jar or a bottle with a cork.
2. Cut a piece of red cloth into a heart shape.
3. Stick pins into it. Visualize all the negative energy and enmity leaving you, like arrows, going back where they came from.
4. Stuff it into the bottle.
5. Add nails, pins, or needles.
6. Bury it in the ground.
