Winter is upon us; the time of hibernation, the
time of going into yourself to nurture your spirit, and to nurture
your essence. Winter is the season of reflection and celebration.
It is a time to reflect on the past year, and a time to celebrate
what we have accomplished.
It is also a time of quiet dreaming of what you
want to achieve in the coming year. In order to blossom with new
life, there must be a time of quiet and darkness to rejuvenate your
soul. Winter and darkness are needed to recharge our souls and to
prepare us for the fresh new life waiting just around the corner.
The quiet introspective period allows us to gather our thoughts,
dreams and visions for our next chapter. Take this valuable time to
focus on what you want to achieve. To better receive this fresh new
life, clear out the clutter and make room for new positive fun
adventures. It is so exciting to experience our life unfolding
before us. What wonderful adventure will be next?
On the surface, winter has the appearance of
coldness and stillness; trees and plants have the appearance of
being dead. But underneath the coldness and stillness is the spark
of life, resting and rejuvenating in order to have the energy to
blossom into renewed life. Take some time to think about how you
want to blossom. Dream big!

into a majestic, beautiful, colorful being for the whole universe to
enjoy and behold. When you are angry, fearful or hurt, you are
